The numbers appear one after another in the display. Afterwards you enter them in the same order.
What does the number-sequence exercise train?
This task mainly trains sequential working memory. Numbers must be taken in one after another, stored briefly, and then reproduced in the correct order. At the same time, the exercise challenges concentration and attentional control.
Because only one number is visible at a time, the focus stays clearly on the current stimulus.
This exercise is intended solely for cognitive activation and does not constitute medical diagnosis or therapy.
